I agree on the P/C IT buy signal The 21 day sma on the equity only P/C has risen recently but is now near where it was at the markets' March low. IMO, sooner rather than later this moving average should resume the downtrend it began a few weeks ago. vtoreport.com FWIW, 5-day RSI gave a ST QQQ buy signal last week vtoreport.com
