Humans burn fossil fuels, which release increased levels of carbon dioxide - the principal so-called greenhouse gas - into the atmosphere, causing the atmosphere to heat up. They say this is global warming: I say this is poppycock.

Even if it were not poppycock (and I don't think it is entirely), there is such a limited supply of fossil fuels that the oil wells will run dry long before anyone will get around to doing anything meaningful one way or another about the Global Warming scarecrow.

Our really pressing problem is to develop sustainable energy sources for the the not too far off days when the seemingly limitless supply of cheap oil starts to run out.
