I understand that you are personal friends with mph, and I also know that meeting SI people personally makes a difference in how you view them. Friendship is friendship.
Still, an assertion from a friend of hers that mph could eat me for lunch in a debate can't really be as persuasive as some evidence that she knows what an argument is, even.
One of her lamest tropes, and not just with me, is to declare her opponent acts like that all over SI, not just with her, so there, neener neener. And there's her You edited THREE times! No, not two, THREE! I caught you editing, neener neener! approach. "Intellectual" indeed. And the I'm going to put her on ignore approach is always responsive! (Promises, promises.)
Anyone who calls MD "great people" gives the adjective to a person who publicly taunts another poster about a post-operative physical problem about which MD knows because it was shared with her by that poster in confidence, and who thinks the Abu Ghraib photographs good for a barrel o' laughs.
But hey, you have a right to think that's 'class' if it accords with your personal standards.
So you're not telling mph not to post to me, just telling me not to reply when she does? Goodness, is that fair? When they cut it out, I'll be gone and you can take a deep breath.
