JCP...well now, which one is it? First you give me two websites that say all 15,000 of those missiles are now gone because of treaties. Now you tell me you don't believe they are all accounted for because of Bush!?! Which reply am I to believe? This whole exchange is based on your statement that you felt safer today with only having 5,000 Russian missiles aimed at you instead of 20,000 Soviet aimed at you before. Those were 20K of Soviet tightly controlled missiles that had 25K of our own aimed right back at them. MAD was a great peacekeeper. Now there are 15K of them that were supposedly deactivated...several accounts from many sources of missing warheads...lot's of Soviet scientists that are unemployed and have access to possible ventures...lot's of money to be made...you get the picture. And because of these treaties...you feel safer now? The same treaties that Clinton signed with North Korea that put a stop to their proliferation? Oh, I forgot, that's Bush's fault too! You are a naive 15 year old.
