Bechtel tried to privatize water in Bolivia even restricting citizens from collecting rain water without first paying for it...! The citizens revolted and threw Bechtel out. Enron was set to privatize water in Florida...The real axis of evil is Bechtel Halliburton and ADM - which wants to corner and control all the food by genetically re-engineering it so its seed is sterile...kinda biblical...really scary.
