... is potentially bullish news, especially if the homeland citizens grow used to the alert state, and keep nose to the grindstone, continue being productive, or, alternatively, outsource more, either way, the Orange flag alone will cause GDP to rise by the amount indicated, per day, every day, day after night after day, and, presumably, in some folks's logic, "wheeeee! we are so rich, and getting more so everyday!"
