<If The Bush Administration Lied About WMD, So Did These People -- Version 3.0> There is no end to the attempts to make somebody else responsible for what has become the largest foreign policy disaster in a generation. Bush et al chose war -- others wanted to re-establish the intelligence provided by having UN inspectors on the ground. The rush to war, and the disaster that has been unfolding since Bush declared its "end" are something for which Bush should take full responsibility.
