Nope....the US invaded because SH refused to comply with the cease fire accords from 91 and because we could not verify due to SH's intransigence whether in fact the weapons which had been previously verified to exist by the UN) had been destroyed.....SH certainly acted very guilty and all he had to do was cooperate which he failed to do.....you need to famliarize yourself with the facts....
