How dare you try to lie about Vietnam. You dishonor the tens of thousands of vets who had to go through hell, calling them liars in effect.

That hell included ultra-violent missions with no clarity or rational purpose, some included mass destruction of villages, farms and ancient forests, others which included assassinations.

The Pheonix Program alone (run by the CIA) was said to have resulted in thousands of assassinations, often using terrorist methods to scare the locals, such as decapitation. I have read first-hand accounts by the haunted SEALS whom the CIA used for their wet work.

Yes our military has come a long way since then, but only because brave heros with moral hearts like John Kerry stood up and demanded change.
