You seem to think he's wrong about EVERYTHING. Why not this too? Did he suddenly grow a brain? He's wrong about most things. Did he grow a brain...NO! All I know is that my Canadian friends love their healthcare system. Some folks do come to the US for certain treatments, but only the rich can afford to do that. Part of the problem with the Canadian system is that many Canadian doctors have left Canada in search of the big money. Doctors make more money in the US. Also since Canadians see a doctor more regularly they are more apt to detect health problems early where treatments are more effective and less expensive. Who wrote that story about Canada's healthcare system? Were they Canadian? Do you disagree that the current healthcare system in the US is broken? With insurance companies raking the profits and limiting the care and the covered procedures, we're simply paying way too much and receiving way to little bang for our health care bucks. We could be getting superior care, while doctors remain a well paid profession. We need to get rid of the private insurance business. It serves no one. Orca
