Every system has it's warts. In Canada there is better health care for more people. Wealthy Canadians can get better care in Canada and in other countries. In the US there is better care for the wealthy and no care for the poor. Most Americans cannot afford health insurance. I'm one of them. Food on the table, or health insurance. Which do you pick?
