I look at migration as an individual freedom. Ultimately, freedom is the most important factor from my viewpoint. Immigrants affect prevailing wage rates, but they have the opportunity to move to jobs that are not as affected. Offshoring is a corporate and government policy. It has the potential to hurt domestic labor much more than it helps foreign labor.
