Of course this President knows about checks and balances. That's why he says a dictatorship would be easier. I agree with him. He has never expressed any genuine desire to be a dictator, and you know it. He has shown nothing but respect for the democratic process and the office of the Presidency. In fact, I bet he hasn't even left any white stains on his interns' dresses or the carpet in the oval office. Stop whining, you incessant crybaby Clintonista.
