I don't know if you have any technical tools, but on my technical software, SPCT has been getting SELL 100 everyday for the last five trading days. This is the worst signal.

Also short term is somewhat overbought and long term is very overbought.

Short term, mid term and long term moving averages are all touching each other. This can be a bullish sign or a bearish sign. If short term can move up and away from mid and long term averages, there could be a nice run up.
