Bill, I don't know which attributes you think Bush has, but decisiveness cannot be one of them.

A decisive man would not have just sat in that classroom for 7 minutes like a deer in the headlights after hearing that the country was under attack.

For all he knew there could have been 100 more planes being flown into buildings and he JUST SAT THERE!

No matter how you cut it...that is NOT a decisive man.
