They haven't learned a damned thing from Cisco. You write down the inventory, but that's a one-time charge and doesn't impact operating earnings. Then you cut the price drastically, sell the crap and that all goes to profit and makes your profit margin, and stock price, huge. Yes, it kills the balance sheet, but analysts never get that far.
