The inventory growth is a problem. A lot of people realized that it was a problem at the end of the 1Q, but Intel refused to recognize it at the time. Going forward, Intel is cutting production. That will lower gross margins and lower net income. If Intel had spotted the issue earlier they could have just slowed their aggressive production ramp. That would have been more cost efficient.
