Now C, dont go off the bandwagon!! The judicial system is what the entire human race is based upon. Whether it be Islamic Law, English Common Law (upon which ours is based), or Confucious Law, Laws are what keep us humans from eating one another. So, we must have a judicial system, the problem is when these Liberal Judges overstep their bounds and CREATE law. That is wrong and why Congress doesnt go BANANNAS over this is beyond me. The Left may THINK they are getting what they want which they cannot legislate but the very powers they give up by letting the judiciary run THEIR DOMAIN can come back to bite them someday. jdn
