"Vote on Gay Marriage Ban Backfires on GOP" Don't you have to wait until November to see if it "backfired"? Most Americans think of marriage as between a man and a woman. That most democrat ploiticians (and a few repubs) do not, does not mean that the majority of Americans agree with them. I think it is good to let the electorate know where you stand on this issue. President Bush feels that marriage ia between one man and one woman. Correctly.
