So what? The Mass Supreme Court made this a bad choice. The liberal judges that are writing laws make change preferable. Looks like change won't happen, but my point (which you are not commenting on) is that there is no evidence that this has "backfired" on the President. Still may help him with the electorate in that a majority of people feel that marriage is between one man and one woman.

Leaving it up to states is a problem (as you well know) because people move from state to state sometimes. You knew that didn't you? To expose your fake "argument", if one state says it is illegal for gays to marry, is a couple that married in a different state married when they move?

Saying this is a states issue is the same as saying you are for it. Since Kerry is a flip flopper it allows him to pander to those who feel marriage is between a man and a woman (by saying he is too), while pandering to those who think marriage is not between a man and a woman by throwing out your silly position. He is for it and against it. Typical Kerry.
