Slacker, I think the entry of new players...

...may be overdone for the time being. We have yet to see products and volume
ramping. The chip densities may not even be cost-effective in today's market.
Your post also suggests the newer players will need to add capacity in order to
be significant volume players. I question if they are doing this to insure
some "homegrown" flash for multifunction memory chipsets or if they actually
intend to become world suppliers that compete with Samsung and FlashVision.

We probably won't know until mid- to late-2005 what the impact will be.
