John, Merrill has been buying stocks big time for their portfolio. I guess Intel had gotten away from them, so....figure it out. What was the explanation? He thought it should be a hold now but a buy long because it's going to be slower in 98? Makes a lot of sense. Probably swept the floor at Merrills before becoming an analyst. I didn't buy or sell today so I just take it easy this weekend. Sorry people who sold at down over 8. Sonny
