I've never seen any study that has shown that the composition of air has changed one iota. Air is 78% oxygen, 21% oxygen, and only .036% carbon dioxide (the bad greenhouse gas). I find it very hard to believe that such a small fraction has a bigger effect on climate than the other 99% of air's components. A real greenhouse typically has between .035% and .04% carbon dioxide in it. Last I checked there is no shortage of oxygen so saying we need trees to produce oxygen is not based on anything.
