Wrong you are. The law establishing the FDA has been tested and upheld. The FDA says marijuana has no legitimate medical use and classifies it as a controlled substance. The DEA says controlled substances must be covered by a doctor's prescription. But a doctor can't presciribe marijuana because it has no legitimate medical use. So you can't get or have it legally.

The suits coming up are to force the FDA to recognize legitimate medical uses for marijuana, the principle being that legislative or judicial law overrides administrative law, which is what the FDA ruling on medical marijuana is.

If the suits are successful, then medical marijuana will be available. But the principle of federal supremacy still stands. It is not being challenged.

You obviously aren't serious about discussing MM, since you've already compared it to legalizing nuclear weapons. What a pathetic comparisson. Not even close. Kind of like comparing asprin to cynaide, don't you think. Give me a break. Keep the discussion a least a bit rational.
If you are too slow to understand analogy, you have my sympathy.
