I forwarded the message to the people for whom it "might be worth a few bucks"......that's what I always do when receiving this type of garbage.

I could publish a book on the early days of the fax machine in real estate.....which wasn't really too long ago....when I kept my fax machine open to receive contract offers on properties I had listed, but wound up receiving fax spam from lenders on the same phone line.... and the comical results when I learned to reverse their faxes by writing in big black marker pen on their last fax with "stop spamming my fax machine" and programming my machine to send them this message 20 times or more....it was their ink and paper before they got the message. LOL!

Things have gotten more civilized since then...more serious....not as comical--maybe <<gg>>>.
