Yes, when I know something "for a fact" I say so. I know "for a fact" what the Chinese concluded -- they concluded that we bombed their embassy on purpose. And by the way -- that is exactly what I said. I came to that conclusion as did many other Americans, although nobody received any signed memos from the Pentagon saying "we did it", nor do I have any secret tape recordings. Perhaps having you bring this up several hundred times on this thread has been worthwhile afterall -- that you for your assistance.
