So what is the big deal here with regards to Kerry. Didn't the Bushies ram rod it through with Tennet briefing the team of Senators without giving them access to the actual memo. Why weren't the Senators given the memo so that Senator Kerry could read it himself? Instead why did the White House despatch Tenet to brief the Senators verbally?
