Hate to beat this one to death but I just called pcfn to ask for the certs on OVIS, first I was told 2 to 6 weeks and if the transfer was to far on I would be stuck in limbo and maybe could not trade them. And the shares that I bought for OVIS on the 21st would have to clear three business days before I could ask for the certs. even though I had cash in my account and they are paid for. As it stands now I will get the first request for certs. in 1 to 5 business days(maybe) and I have to call on Monday to request the additional ones. I see from the posts on the thread that I should be able can trade anytime. Could someone with some experience help the unknowing out in this situation. Thxs in advance Dennis
