When a person who is flying a 50 year old plane runs out of gas and crashes, should he get 50 million dollars? When a person takes out the front seat of a plane,so he can put a camera there to film, but on take off hits a bus because he can't see from the back seat, should he get 100 million? When you spill coffee on your lap driving should you get 200,000? If you did get a lemon , yes you should get a new car, but you shouldn't get 50 million for pain and suffering. Do you see my point
