What about a person who goes through pain and suffering because of discrimination (benign) at work? We are a nation of laws and if the legal system decides that laws have been violated. Should we fault Jim Baker for having represented GWB at the Supreme Court hearings to determine that GWB won the elections. IS there no pain and suffering there. So let us just agree that in this nation of laws, we all have our day in court. We go to a judge and whether it is for installing a camera which blocks a rear view and causes an accident etc., if the legal system awards something, then that is it. There are no double standards here.
