He sort of mumbled but as have said that as early as march 2004 and again at the conf call, he said the excess inventory was as a result of too good a production.

He said that demand for the 3rd and 4th quarters was not his to predict at this time, but that IF demand did slacken they would continue to convert to 90nm and that might leave an older plant (and whether he meant 8" or 130nm, I didn't get) unused.
