What David Kay himself concluded and directly said was that we were wrong about Iraq's WMD and it is also wrong for us (Bush) not to admit it. The potential for making chemicals that are harmful exists in so many countries that it is laughable to justify an invasion by saying have you have to destroy the capability to make something into a weapon in the future before it constitutes a threat. You get credit for one thing: Your tireless effort to make it sound like there was a reason to invade Iraq despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
