Mr. Westergaard, I believe "damage to reputation" would include a web presence, such as "Pluvia". The classic example is Voltaire; a pen name. IMO, Pluvia should name Westergaard Online, WIBN, Mr. John Westergaard and the author Ms. Anne Straton in his legal action. Pluvia should prevail easily!
