Joe: It worries me too, that is why I am waiting to see hoew well this debt is balanced with treasures in the ground and equity. They did do a very nice financing job at much higher prices than current prices. When they announced the write off, I ventured a wild guess that the stock could drift down to the 4 to 5 range, I still think this is quite a possibility. I guess next week will tell. Zeev
