I wish the left could understand that in their utopian zeal to PC the world, they are helping to destroy families.

You sent this to Karen but you clearly meant it for me. Now that the data have come up dry, we are back to stating assumptions. My own is that gay-lesbian marriages are as likely to be good ones as heteros, perhaps higher given the adversity they face. And kids raised in such marriages are, most likely, less likely to be troubled kids. Again because gays and lesbians who wish to marriage, in general, I suspect, take marriage much more seriously than heteros.

Only one other argument comes to mind. Someone might lay on the table the one that these kids will have more troubles with other kids who will ridicule them because of the sexual preferences of their parents. I assume we're not talking about that argument.
