They have been tight lipped on the audits since inception. They still have Steven Nill, the ex cfo, on the website as vp of bus ops. too much risk to hold one way or the other. if they don't file its the pinks but not necessarily bk (they've keep saying 300m in cash & ce but of course don't mention liabilities) if they do file one can jump on board but of course csco and jnpr have not been standing still.
