Ann, it is not the length of time of a person's stay here that could cause someone to understand the education system here. I am very involved with the education system here. I support the teachers' union. The NCLB is a hoax on the children of this country. Just for starters, we had the President lobbying for money to fight in iraq. Just tell me one thing: if he had put in the same effort for just 10 billion for our schools what the results would have been. Just 10 billion.
