I seriously think its too late to dump cheney. I thought to myself a few mos ago, that if Cheney wasn't gone by July 31, he was on the ticket.

If Bush dumps Cheney in Aug or later, he looks like a flip flopper or whatever. Too much fodder for democrats, UNLESS Bush manages to get a "super candidate" as his VP, this would be Guiliani or someone of that caliber.

Of course you and I know that most good repubs like Guiliani and McCain are gnashing their teeth through this entire Bush nightmare and probably wouldn't take the VP slot even if it was offered. We all know the damage Bush has done, militarily and economically.

I also CAN'T BELIEVE that Bush thinks he is above speaking at the NAACP. That is Bush's entire term in a nutshell, my way or the highway f-you anyone who doesn't agree with me.
