How come students around the world out score US kids and they spend what 1/10th the money? 1/50th the money. How come kids from Montana out score DC kids, where Montana spends 3k per kid and DC 12K. Money has nothing to do with it. You libs thing money will solve all problems, just throw money at it. And you are wrong everytime.
