We have laws in place where anyone carrying a gun needs a permit to be legal.. Yet, we have the largest weapon for slaughter that people who are drinking get in and drive down a highway with cars passing one another in such close proximity and these people are impaired physically and cause countless and needless deaths.We just lost a family on a highway here last week. A drunken driver in an SUV slammed into their car, decapitated the mother and the children are critical. I am very much in favor MOTHER'S AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING... I think the penalties should be more severe than they are for anyone found driving under the influence. You hit one of my favorite issues...
