Chiropractic care. Quackery, useful? or for that matter both? Opinions anyone?

By both I would mean that many of the claims it makes are quackery or include a lot of quackery but that it provides some or perhaps even a lot of help anyway. A treatment doesn't have to have solid science behind it to be useful. Of course treatments with a solid scientific basis are much more likely to be useful.
