I say no, for obvious reasons. This is not the same bet. I don't take bets where I am liable for a million and my opponent bets a buck.

But, I think there is little or no chance Bush wins the white house.

As far as the "country swinging right"... this is the fallacy the wingers try to push down everyone's throats. Of course we both know Bush does not represent the "right wing" values that people are gravitating towards... FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY for example. People like me believe in fiscal responsibility, which I equate with CLINTONomics and certainly not this Bush recklessness.
