My concern is different from yours as I understand your last post.

Yes, our concerns appear to be different. You want to take what is currently available with employer-provided health programs and make it available to everyone. I don't think that the system those of us who now have "insurance" use is viable long term. We need to do some fresh thinking. Expanding what already is endangered will just compound its inevitable failure plus further entrench it so it will be harder to fix.

If you define "fixed" as making what I have universally available, we definitely have different concerns.

If one lacks health insurance, access to health care is unacceptably difficult. I would prefer it move from the workplace to a simple item of citizenship.

I disagree vigorously with your underlying premise. Providing health care is not remotely the business of the Federal government let alone an entitlement. The Founders would roll over in their graves.
