It would appear that CORR is doing things right. The acquisition stock they issue can't be dumped on the market for a year+, it sounds like a Form-4 or something will be required to get those shares registered, and then there may be contractual restrictions limiting the size and frequency of dumped blocks. I know that's true for the insider's shares. They seem to be protecting themselves from the typical P&D-sleazer's manipulations. John :-) .
