Real rate approaches -2.0%. The Fed is in a tough spot of its own making. There is no way it can raise the Fed Funds rate by more than 2.0% over the next 6-9 months. So, the dollar must continue to slide in value, resulting in a great climate for gold & silver mining stocks for American investors.
