Methinks the current bubble in Real Estate is at least partially funded by re-circulated clownbucks. Once the clownbuck really collapses foreigners may come buying hard assets in the US with a vengence - the only place the clownbuck may buy anything. By then a million dollar house may only buy a few barrels of oil!
