Dipy could request the UN and or Europe take care of things in Sudan.....Or even better yet, John Kerry could talk to the UN (as he seems wont to do because it works, don't you know???? <g>) and Kerry could just get in the middle of things in the Sudan. That should help everyone out. He could prove to us all that he could get the UN to do something...anything...someday. He thinks he has the answers, but he's keeping them secret, in case he has to change his mind.
