i've been reading about his training regimen... tried it a few days ago on my morning ride....soooooo hard... the guy spins i like to mash so i found myself lowering the gears the further i went at 80 to 90 rpm's... humiliating, but good training <vbg> i have a poster of him over my bike stand in my garage for inspiration.....awwwwwwwwe :)
