Over the last 3 weeks, even a weaker dollar has been unable to help the stock market. This is not a good sign. Are you still bullish? Since my post in mid February, the Dow is down 4.6% and looks vulnerable to further weakness. Secular Bull? I don't see it in terms of price or time. Please be careful.
