President Kerry would not have brought the situation where this would be necessary. The Iraq situation is more like a gang fight. "Either you are with us or you are against us" is how Bush proceeded. Typical of gangs. American Presidents in the past have been succesul in building coalitions in the immediate past where "All of them were with us." President Kerry will bring back those days of US leadership in the world.
